It seems like no matter what you are doing it's not working and you want to see this organization reach its full potential, but something seems to be holding it back.

I know this feeling all too well...
The feeling of being overwhelmed and stuck and not knowing where to start. I have tried so many things for growth and development and found that they didn’t work and moved on to the next thing.
For years, I would attend the conferences and read books and tried to implement them into my daily routine. Too often, I would struggle with making it work for my organization.
As an employee of three different churches like Second Baptist Church in Houston, Texas, Life.Church in Oklahoma, and most recently and currently River Pointe Church in Richmond, Texas. I have been a part of all phases of working in the church from starting a new campus to being active in the growth process.
